Any page on the website can contain attachments. These attachments can be images, PDF files, Word files, etc. Content can easily be uploaded and linked to a page and if your attachment is an image file , you can also have it display without selecting the link.
Uploading and Linking an Attachment
For formats like Word, Excel, PDF you must create an attachment. This will also work for an image, but it will not display the image without extra steps. An alternate method will allow you to load an image file.
- While editing a page, select File attachments.

- The File attachments section will expand:

- Use the Browse button to locate the file on your computer.
- Select Attach to upload the file. Make sure your image is not too large as it will affect the amount of time to upload.
- Once the file is uploaded the display will change:

- The file name will be displaye as the default title. Change this to better describe the attachment.
- If you wish to reorder multiple images, you can use the plus mark (+) to drag and rearrange the order.
- Save your changes.
- At the bottom of your page you will see the list of files you have attached. By selecting the link, the attached file will be displayed.

Displaying an Image
For images you will want to have them automatically display without requiring the reader to select a link to view the image. Be careful to not put too many images on one page as this will casue the page to take a long time to display, as you add images the time increases.
- Follow the previous procedure to upload the images.
- There is no need to list the files if they are going to be displayed. Uncheck the List boxes.

- Below the Description field for the attached file is the URL that you will want to use. Copy the URL.
- In the editor area, place the cursor where you want to insert time image. Select the Insert Image button.

- Paste the URL in the dialog that appears:

- Select OK.
- If everything looks correct to you there is one last thing to verify. Expand the Input format option and verify that Full HTML is selected.

- Save the page and review the results.
