Come join some of the early bird classmates for a Welcome Party in the Bar and Grill at Carlton Oaks Country Club, 9200 Inwood Drive, Santee, CA 92071. There will be a no-host bar along with a buffet of hors d'oeuvres. To add to the fun evening there will be music with a DJ. Advanced ticket purchase is necessary at $25.00 per person. Dinner and Dancing in the Ballroom
Saturday, October 29, 2011 - 6:00 p.m.
Come join your classmates for a 6:00 p.m. Happy Hour, (no host bar) and 7 p.m. dinner and reminiscing in the Ball Room. Dancing at 8:00 p.m. with music featured by "KICKS". Advance ticket purchase is necessary at $80.00 per person. Dress code Cocktail attire.
Sunday, October 30, 2011 - Breakfast (no host)
Come join us Sunday morning for breakfast in the Bar and Grill. Breakfast will be served from 6am - 11am.

What Have You Been Doing?
We are again asking classmates to write short bios about "What You Have Been Doing?" these past 5 years. A good number of classmates wrote short bios that Lorna Depew had printed into a booklet, and had available at the 45th Hoover reunion in 2006. Classmates really liked the project. So, Lorna will do it again. If you would like to contribute a bio of what you have been doing over the past five years, please do so and email the information along with a current photo attached, to classmate Lorna Depew, at ladepewg@gmail. Mail any hard copy along with a current photo to 92-1167 Palahia St., Apt. H-105, Kapolei, HI 96707. We would like to hear from you. The deadline for Lorna is Sept., 15, 2011. If you don't make the booklet we will continue to post bios on our web page throughout the coming year. Thanks for your contribution.
HOOVER HIGH SCHOOL TOUR - SATURDAY

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
You may make Hotel Reservations by calling the Carlton Oaks Country Club at 1-619-448-4242. To receive the reunion rate you must identify the group as Hoover High School 50th Reunion. Reservations must be made by September 30, 2011 (1 month prior to your arrival). The room rate Friday and Saturday nights is $70.00 per night, plus tax. Please check with the hotel about the deadline for canceling. The hotel does offer free parking.
